An Important Update about my Untamed Series

I’m sad to make this post, but I thought I’d better let my readers know why I’ve been so quiet recently.

Torquere Press LLC, the publisher for my Untamed Series, recently announced that they will be closing.

As many of you know, my first novel, Untamed, was picked up by Prizm Books, the YA imprint of Torquere Press in June 2014, and it released in May 2o15. Untamed reached #64 for the bestseller list for its category on Amazon, and I was very happy. My debut novel was then followed by Fragmented, the second book in my Untamed Series, which was acquired in January 2016 and released in September 2016.

As of today, the rights for both Untamed and Fragmented have now been reverted back to me, and Torquere will be pulling my titles from their distributors within 30 days. At this point, I’d like to thank for Torquere for their support in my writing and enthusiasm for my books.

Wait, does this mean we can no longer read your books?

Fear not! Although the Prizm Books/Torquere editions of these books will shortly no longer be available, I’ve decided to independently release a second edition of both titles. This is incredibly exciting, and it means that these second editions will have new covers and new ISBNs. The new editions will soon be available at all the usual retailers, and you’ll still be able to order signed copies from me.

As soon as the second editions of Untamed and Fragmented are available, I’ll let you all know. (I’m aiming for as soon as possible, and I’m currently working with a fantastic cover artist and interior designer to make these new editions really special and exciting.)

Does this mean the Untamed Series will stop with only two books out? 

No! The closure of my publisher doesn’t mean that the later books in the series won’t be published. Instead, I will be going ahead independently with the publication of the remaining books in the Untamed Series.

And, I can tell you that we have a release date for Divided (Untamed #3) already! Drumroll, please….

Divided is set to release on July 11, 2017!

I am so excited! Plus, my editor, Deelylah Mullin (who edited Untamed and Fragmented in-house), is also on-board for the third book in the series and will be working with me to make book three the best it can be. Yay!

Divided‘s cover will match the second edition covers for both Untamed and Fragmented, so they will look like a series.
