Poll: Do You Prefer To Read Books And Stories Written In First Or Third Person?

The majority of books and stories are written in either first person (“I” or “me”) or third person (“he” or “she”) – my question to you is which do you prefer to read.

As a writer and reader myself, I don’t think I (yet) have a preference. After all, both narratives have their advantages and disadvantages. My first short story (The Silent Siren) was written in third person, yet it could just have easily been written in first.
