So, what’s VELVET CLAW about?

Well, this is what L.J’s told me:

In a world with two kinds of people, humans and cat-people there are towns meant only for cat people. Human Doctor Evan Kidd is asked to come to one such town, to help cure some sick children. He’s given a cat-person guard who hates humans.

Both the case, and his guard Rene turn out to be more complex than they first seemed, and Evan ends up facing a lot of danger, but also passion and romance.
