Writing Update (18th May 2012) & Deadlines

So, I now have the deadline for the first draft of Spirit Of Fire #1 to be written by: 30th June 2012. And I’m pleased to say I’m on track, with only about 40k words left to write. Eeek!

Indeed, the more I write of this draft, the more excited I get… I simply can’t wait to finish it. I’ve also begun to write extracts from book 2 and outline number 3.  But, of course, it’ll be along time until the Spirit Of Fire series is available to buy.

Well, recently I’ve become very interested in the thought of writing poetry (!) – something which has never really happened before. I just feel so inspired!

Aside from this, I’m continually working on my upcoming short story collection, It Can’t Be Magic.

I’ve also been rather busy with posting various author interviews in my new author interview series, the latest of which are with Emily Mah Tippets and Lorna Suzuki.
