My World Book Day Book Signing

I’m very late with this post, but on the 7th March, I took part in the World Book Day event at Okehampton library! Being asked to be one of their visiting authors in their Meet the Authors event was such an honour, alongside authors Celia Moore and Kate Ryder. The day was filled with signing books, answering questions from readers, and discussing all things book-related.

And, as it was World Book Day, we saw some pretty incredible costumes too of readers’ favourite characters. It definitely got me wondering about who I’d dress up as now… (As a child, I remember dressing up as Rika from the Rupert Bear Annuals!)

I had such a lovely time, meeting readers and signing books! It was so nice to see so many people there and the display of support was incredible!  And one of my favourite moments was when a young reader asked me for my autograph and a photo with me to show her teacher.
