Busy, Busy, Busy – Camp Nanowrimo 2013, FRAGMENTED, OUT OF DARKNESS Anthology, WHEN SHADOWS BITE Short Story Collection and more!

I have had a very busy couple of weeks!

2013-Participant-Campfire-Vertical-BannerYou may have heard that I’ve been taking part in the July Camp Nanowrimo 2013, writing the second UNTAMED novel, called FRAGMENTED. I’m very excited about this, as I love this series so much!

I’m currently at 60,000 words with FRAGMENTED (I expect it to be around 70k when finished), and have begun planning the third novel in the UNTAMED series, BROKEN.

Aside from this, the second edition of OUT OF DARKNESS, a short story anthology, has been published in both paperback and ebook format on Amazon, which includes my short story THE PHOTOGRAPH. More on that here and here. All proceeds from the sales of this book go to the British Heart Foundation.

I’ve also been busy working on my new short story collection, which features ten short stories of mine which have been traditionally published from July 2011 to July 2013. I’m not yet sure of its release date, but I can announce that it’s called WHEN SHADOWS BITE. And I am very excited about this.

WHEN SHADOWS BITE will be released in both paperback format, and as a kindle ebook, available on Amazon. More to come on that later!

I’ve also been busy adding the finishing touches to a short story that I’ve been writing, which is called STOLEN MEMORIES. It’s three and a half thousand words long, and I hope to submit it to Vanessa Wester for possible inclusion in her next short story collection, which will be raising money for charity.

So, once I’ve finished writing FRAGMENTED, I hope to start right away on BROKEN, then progress onto the final UNTAMED novel, ENHANCED. Which I am mega excited about!

Then, once that’s done, I’ll be writing the third FORBIDDEN novel, FORBIDDEN MINDS, then going back to edit the UNTAMED series. After that, I’ll be doing the final edits on the FORBIDDEN trilogy. And when all that’s done, I’ll be returning to write and edit BLOOD OF THE PHOENIX, the second book in the SPIRIT OF FIRE series.

Phew!
